At Anshika Collection, customer satisfaction is important to us. We aim to provide quality products and a smooth shopping experience. Please carefully read our Refund & Return Policy before making a purchase.


1. Return Eligibility

Customers may request a return only within 24 hours of product delivery.

To qualify for a return:

  • The product must be unused and unwashed.
  • Original tags and packaging must remain intact.
  • The product must be in resalable condition.
  • Proof of purchase/order confirmation must be provided.

Any return request made after 24 hours from delivery will not be accepted.


2. Non-Returnable Products

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Products damaged due to misuse

  • Used or washed items
  • Products without original packaging
  • Discounted or clearance sale items (if applicable)


3. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If customers receive:

  • Damaged products
  • Defective items
  • Incorrect products

they must notify us within 24 hours of delivery along with:

  • Order ID
  • Product photos/videos
  • Clear explanation of the issue

After verification, we will provide a replacement or refund as applicable.


4. Refund Approval Process

Once the returned product is received and inspected:

  • Customers will be notified regarding approval or rejection.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.

Bank processing timelines may vary depending on the payment provider. 

rReplacement product will be delivered to your location within 7 working days 


5. Return Shipping

Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • Wrong product was delivered
  • Product arrived damaged
  • Product was defective

Shipping charges are generally non-refundable.


6. Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch. Once the order has been shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.

Refunds for approved cancellations will be processed to the original payment method.


7. Fraud Prevention

Anshika Collection reserves the right to refuse returns or refunds in cases involving:

  • Excessive return requests
  • Suspected fraudulent activity
  • Misuse of refund policy
